Company is taking a creative approach to disrupt an antiquated industry. Small and focused team has a positive work environment that is supportive of personal growth. The end product (green buildings) is personally gratifying.

Company moves at a fast-pace, and sometimes travels in too many directions at once. Management could make the Big Picture clearer, and on a more frequent basis.

When I worked there my immediate team was made up a great group of people. Many of which I am still in touch with.

Upper management wants to pretend this is a "fun start up" so they can avoid paying decent wages or benefits of any kind. The CEO while initially charming quickly changes and often is one of the main reasons for people leaving. I worked here when the company name was GreenPoint Partners and I personally believe they changed it to Green PSF because of the upset and mismanaged clients.
