Pros

Amazing benefits/perks- low insurance premiums, insane 401k match, short waiting period for benefits, generous PTO, fun perks like beer cart Fridays, ticket discounts, loan rate reduction, fitness incentive/reimbursement, Casino Night, free lunches, the list goes on and on! Fun, upbeat culture- a lot of events, outings, games, and contests Pay for performance- each department has incentive structure Community focused- expectation of all staff to be involved in communities we serve Constant transparency/communication- many surveys/small group meetings to gain employee feedback No barriers between senior management and staff- easy access to senior team and very approachable Lots of room for growth and advancement- very high internal promotion rate Strong values and purpose

Cons

Lean staffing is overwhelming to some. Right fit for this organization needs to thrive on being busy. Work hard, play hard.

Pros

They pay well and the benefits of insurance are good

Cons

They lie. They say you can do overtime in the posting you can’t. No one ever talks bad about the company it’s really weird. Their system is terrible you have to type ck on the keyboard to accept a check. Mouses exist ya know. No I am not good in the finance world but this place is awful. Also don’t believe their flexible time off even if they let you take a day they’ll make you feel bad for it there was one woman who had surgery it went bad and had to take two weeks off and only got paid for one what the hell? Pay for the next one . They have you work 6 days a week but less than 40 hours. Don’t do it.
