Salary is generous. Although based on experience, and demonstrating a history of upper management skillsets, including new technologies implemented to provide clients the best solutions for their Cloud Network, Virtual Machines, proprietary software that’s constant updated, and security systems in place and updated regularly.
Cons
Although all proprietary software is state is the art, and agile. Able to be implemented to different clients, they sometimes have there own ideas, or other software that’s easily implemented into our services. We over sell our own at times, when we should focus on what the client wants and needs. Also, opening offices in Austin and San Antonio will require upper management to spend several weeks at a time while getting our facilities up and running. Some of us are unable to be away for that long.
