Pros

I like that we can make good changes without necessarily having to go through a lot of red tape. Some things still need that, but for a good reason. I like that we have 80+ inspectors to answer questions when they come up. I really like that my bosses are inspectors, so it doesn't just feel like an us vs them when things are changing. I especially like that I can go to work without having to answer phones, do marketing, accounting, and all the other business stuff. I can focus on inspections primarily.

Cons

Put more focus on trainees after they are set free. And since the trainers are not in the field, and cannot get upgrades, then maybe adjust the pay accordingly to what upgrades would have typically allowed for. We miss that when training. In general, the MLs and trainers should really have more time to wrangle the troops, deal with issues, solve problems, etc. The amount of time spent off the clock, as it were, is not sustainable in the long term and not conducive to happy leaders. I don't have the answer, as it involves money, but I have been told that by some crew and agree with it. Worth looking into.

Pros

Greenworks has an amazing mentality that always is striving to be better. Growth is one of the center focal points, but the greenworks mindset is geared towards healthy growth. This company is an overall positive, encouraging, innovative, and just plain exciting to work for in terms of what the future potentially has in store.

Cons

Wishful thinking, but a general, across the board pay increase simply due to the elevated cost of living. I know there are ways to make more money via "upgrades". but those fluctuate. Like i said... wishful thinking.

Pros

GreenWorks truly believes in their people. As a member of the executive team, I've seen firsthand how much time, energy, and effort goes into curating a work culture that fosters collaboration, personal, and professional growth to all its members. GreenWorks goes above and beyond to provide its employees with the tools, training, and support needed to thrive in whichever path they choose to explore within the company and even creates opportunities for their employees to be cross-trained or even switch career paths as passions and areas of interests change.

Cons

As we continue to and serve ever expanding areas of Texas, I think it's crucial to remain focused internally on route efficiency for our field team members to shorten drive times whenever possible and preserve work-life balance. Also, as a remote company that operates in multiple markets throughout the state, I think it's wise to increase the amount of regional engagement days we hold for our teams across Texas to show support and get to know each of our field team members personally as we continue to expand our teams.
