Management stretches staff coverage to its limits without hiring extra help. Hard work is unacknowledged and unrewarded. Unprofessional atmosphere with lots of little clicks and clans. Management and attorneys talk about staff poorly and in front of others staff and attorneys. No advancement possibilities or movement possibilities between departments for staff.
