Pros
Worked out of the admin office in Doral with Accounting, IT, support staff etc. The pace is calmer and overall more "boring" 9 to 5. Very come into work, do your job, and we all leave around 5:30. Super nice employees and team, very familial. Overall, it was a pleasant work experience. Business casual dress code, given that the office was for support staff (no client visits), there was no need to "dress up".
Cons
Very limited career growth, accounting is somewhat niche, more geared towards professional services. A lot of team members stay on for a long time, so openings are rare.
