Pros
Amazing product focused on improvement and innovation. Constantly improving and really leading the industry. A company based on transparency and making customers the center of their universe. Puts customer happiness before growth. No customer churn, great customer relationships. Amazing engineers and e-staff. Everyone on this team is really dedicated and loyal.
Cons
The balance (as with any start-up) of growth and service. Need to be more proactive with hiring so service staff doesn't burn out. However, they already have identified this and have plans to improve it going forward.
