Pros

I love the team at GreenBits. Never have I ever been more inspired by a team I work closely with, despite being remote.

Cons

Leadership seems to make the wrong decisions again. Despite Series B, and joblessness of millions of Americans, the company decided to hire contract work out side of the US. Their decision was based numbers, hire cheaper outsourced labor to the Ukraine and El Salvador. Ive witnessed leadership demote and force people into other roles rather then giving them the decency to let them go or compensate them well. They even enacted a wage freeze so I’m not sure we’ll be rightfully compensated for the work that was dumped on rest of the staff they choose to keep after letting go my friends. Along with this, our social media presence during these 2020 racial injustice protests are very tone def and performative. I find it ironic that leadership pushes for inclusivity and equality when the let go most of our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employees back in March. This leadership team excluded the hardworking people who got us Series B, no matter how they try to spin this, it’s a hard fact that I hope is a red mark in their careers.
