No room for growth PDR’s are a waste of time and majority of the time not followed up No training Poor pay No real pay reviews or bonuses apart from those at the top Couldn’t care less about your pet. Just want to be the best pet retailer and vets in Aus profit wise. Pete in office don’t even get any freebies. Very political environment. Dirty offices where the air conditioning doesn’t work and people are expected to work in 30+ heat conditions in middle of summer. No real social events paid by the company. Rely on individuals to organise and people to pay for themselves apart from an occasional BBQ held in the car park with cheap meats and low vegetarian options. In stores, staff hours are cut so you’ll get perhaps 2 people in doing sales and deliveries whilst expected to give 100% customer satisfaction delivery. Everyone who has left this company has never been happier.
