Dymamic work place, hunger to be better, fair and considerate to staff. Good CEO

Not a huge amount of perks as we chase the revenue/margins, Fun agenda could be scaled up, Support office training doesn't exist

Great clinical teams, very supportive Area Manager and RCD

Pay could be better for nurses especially. Award level sucks for them, though they are starting to improve this it’s not quite fast enough
