No bad energy or drama - everyone on the team is friendly, encouraging, and down-to-earth. The company is truly supportive of work life balance and flexibility. Sometimes you are asked to wear multiple hats, but the expectations are always clear and well-established within each job role. I highly recommend Greene IS as an employer/company, and I have no regrets or complains working here. Always try to keep Jackie on your good side. If you make her upset or affect her work day negatively she'll start to treat you like a sweatshop employee and have a major meltdown, screaming, slamming doors, etc. She also is HR which makes reporting to management uncomfortable i.e. Ben the owner. Marketing doesn't do anything and still don't know what some of them do for their job.
