Be careful if you take a job here. The folks in management (both Greene Resources and RTI) are not genuine, nor are they in place to offer any support, as you are only a temporary employee. Greene Resources has an onsite team at the RTI call center in Raleigh. I have never encountered an arrangement like this before. It appears to be a conflict of interests, don't you think? There is always a new class being trained and when training is over seasoned production staff are terminated. Since NC is an at-will state a company may terminate an employee for no reason at all. I suspect that Greene Resources and RTI are scratching each others backs. A revolving door of new employees being hired on a regular basis translates into more money for both, since the government allocates funds for companies that provide employment for people. Doing a good job for these two companies does not matter either. What matters is, keeping the money rolling in. Just recently a project that was slated to last for two years was "AHEAD OF SCHEDULE ", AFTER LESS THAN ONE YEAR!. I DOESN'T THINK SO !!!. Recently production staff was told that we could take time off without penalty. Shortly after that we were given TWO weeks off WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION OR PAY during this holiday season. We must need the money, why else would we work, especially at holiday time. No regard whatsoever for production staff. It has been so long since I have worked for "Corporate America" I had forgotten how much I hated it. All management cares about is the work being done so they can get paid. No concern for staff who are doing the REAL work on the phones. Real people with real families to support. And guess what, No Christmas party, No Christmas bonus, No Appreciation. I would not be surprised if when we return to work we are told the project has been completed and we are no longer needed. I am currently seeking more stable employment. These are just my observations and opinion. I'M JUST SAYIN'...
