Cons

As a part of the core team, I have encountered the rigid structure of a traditional corporation which wanna be a startup and a minimal focus on employee well-being and cohesion. This is a place where rigidity, stagnation, and personal development are neglected rather than embraced. Inflexible Working Hours: Greenely's inflexible working hours constrain us to rigid schedules, disregarding individual needs and hindering work-life balance. Earlier it was work from home, now even if you are having a headache or some monthly issues, you need to come to office on workdays else take a sick leave. Definitely not expected from a startup, no trust whatsoever on employees. Isolation and Individualism: The absence of team-building events and activities fosters a sense of isolation among employees, making the workplace solely a site for individual tasks rather than collaborative growth and the leaders are not shy to put the failure of a project on you. Neglect of Culture and Well-being: It is evident that Greenely disregards its employees' well-being and work culture. The lack of investment in our well-being reflects in our disengagement and lack of motivation in our work. Limited Growth Opportunities: For the ambitious individual, Greenely provides limited opportunities for personal and professional growth. Initiative and commitment are often overlooked, leaving little room for advancement or new challenges. Corporate/ wannabe startup Environment: The slow-paced and stagnant environment of a corporation like Greenely stifles innovation and personal development. We navigate through bureaucratic hurdles alone, lacking the support system and sense of community found in a startup. Other cons: Writing or making people write fake 5 star reviews just shows the mindset of the company and immaturity of the leaders.
