1. Taking home your truck 2. Decent Pay 3. Good Equipment 4. Service provided from Ogden to Payson so you could work where you lived (or near it usually) 5. Good serivce- you can stand behind the work you're doing. It does kill bugs. Used top shelf products. 6. Upsale opportunities
Cons
1. Hours 11:00-12:00 a.m. - 9:00 or 10:00 p.m. 2. Unfair distribution of work (some techs were assigned many more jobs than others resulting in a large difference in pay). 3. One day you were working in Payson and the next in Ogden (sometimes both in the same day). 4. Not compensated for travel time between jobs even if it is over an hour. 5. Impatient management (this improved but was still an issue). 6. Rude or entitled sales representatives who have too high of expectations. 7. Long hours, sometimes 10 to 12 hours a day. Management didn't seem to care if you didn't get home until 10 or 11 at night. This was not made clear during the hiring process.
