      Pros

      Software used is awesome to link sales reps and technicians to make sure customers are taken care of and retained. Branch managers for operations are extremely educated with a willingness to make sure customers are treated well and technicians know how the work is to be completed efficiently. Great work balance and incentives for selling extra accounts and receiving bonuses.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
