First and foremost you will never get a raise. There moto is if you want a raise go make a sale. All managers will collect a 1% on all sales made by techs. If they put you into a managers training program just know you won't ever get it. They will hire outside of the company. If you quit or get fired you will no get your back end sales check. They say its in paper work you sign but its no were to be found. It's not legal if it is not on a sign document. This company is going bankrupt and the owner did sell last year. This can a be found online by doing your research. The new owner has no idea on how pest control works. He only knows fast food. This is not real pest control work. What they make you apply to a person's home every time is not legal by the state of Michigan. There is also alot of stuff they make you do off the clock as well with no pay to fix that. There is pending law suits on that right now. Starting out is 14, 15 and 16 a hour. Even with prior experience you will start at 14. Be very cautious and if they say they will do something for you make sure it is in writting and save it. Most of the positive reviews come from managers that still work there to make this company look good. You have been warned
