Pros
Greenix has a really relaxed culture; you can do whatever you want as long as you get your work done.
Cons
Greenix is the land of unfulfilled promises. Want a raise, increased benefits, or time off? No worries, they will promise you all of that and so much more; unfortunately, it won't come to fruition until you find another job. Greenix is quite candidly subpar.
