Pros
I have been very happy working for Greenix. The management cares about its employees and my fellow co-workers are professional, yet are able to enjoy a little fun. Greenix gives some clear guidelines of what I am to do, but they do not micromanage nor do they have unrealistic expectations. I have the ability to freely do what I need to. They give me good feedback and really care about the customers.
Cons
It does get pretty busy which makes for a lot of hours and a little bit stressful, but I can always ask fellow co-workers or manager for help. Being busy means the company is growing and I'd rather be busy helping people than slow and not having any business.
