Pros
I loved my Dept and Company Leadership. Leaders truly saught opportunities to create a fun and exciting place to work in an industry that can use the excuse of being dull and bland. Pest Control at Greenix was anything but bland. Modern and fun, incentivizing, new building etc.
Cons
Execution of goals and vision. I think the goals and vision of the company are in the scope of possible and eventually get accomplished but deadlines and expectations began to fall through as excitement fades. I would hear often from employee's that if you expect (such and such) to happen in 2 years then anything sooner has exceeded your expectation (even when the deadline is 3 months or 6 months away, employees didn't believe Greenix would accomplish it in that timeframe)
