      Positive attitude It seems they do want to help genuinely Schedule diversity Remote available

      Cons

      Way to meticulous Changing things non-stop Graded calls were ridiculous. Pay was minimal, after benefits came out my 38/40 hour paycheck was $80-110 a week(main reason I left, and the graded calls)

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
