      Pros

      The freedom. The pay potential. The managers are helpful and always around if you need them. They will take care of you and reward you for your hard work. Easy sales process. Flexible with time off/paid time off

      Cons

      Hot nitrile gloves makes your hands very sweaty. If you can’t work outside this isn’t for you. Need a good work ethic and attention to detail. Hot weather in the summers and freezing in the winters.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
