At first everything seems right

Yo need to kiss AAA for a better compensation . If you are in the Regional list you have a free pass. If you are not she will make sure to make your work life miserable, Will never growth, more work will be given if you complain of coworkers not doing anything. I had multiple roles and I was getting underpaid. Coworker will get pay more because is on the favorite list, the person will report to work when ever, will not do the work as requested and will get compensated for not doing anything. Owners are involve but only see what Regional reported back. If you love to Kiss AAA and love to be a pet then this is a great company for you!
