Pros

Awesome environment. Management is great and very understanding. The people here are awesome. Pay is great as well! There's so much room for growth as well.

Cons

Long hours. We work 10:30 - 7:30 so some people may not like that however I don't mind the hours personally

Pros

I've been here 6 months. I love coming into work everyday. Traveling is my favorite part. I've made my best friends working here! I found a career where I love what I do and don't regret any decision that I've made. Amazing opportunity for growth and management.

Cons

I have no cons. Love my job!

Pros

The ONLY pro, seriously the ONLY one is that the office is pretty

Cons

Oh boy let me see... 1. The job posting was absolutely misleading. This is a door to door sales job. 2. Pay is 100% commission. Job posting I applied to offered 40K salary. Total lie. 3. They expect you to work all day Monday through Saturday. Only day off is Sunday. 4. They expect you to dress business professional (suit and tie) when you come to work, then carpool to wawa to change into a hideous neon yellow shirt and uniform pants. I had even heard the wawa employees complain they did this. I hope wawa puts a stop to that. I mean, for goodness sake let your employees change at the office and spare them their dignity. 5. The locations you drive to are relatively far away and gas is NOT reimbursed unless you make a number of sales. 6. You ever wonder what happens to all the frat bros after they graduate college? They work here. 7. The titles and promotions are MEANINGLESS. 8. Everyone sure acts nice, but I imagine if they didn't there would be zero motivation for anyone to consider working here. 9. Training isn't paid. 10. Interviewers straight up lied about benefits. I was told health insurance would be compensated 50%. Showed up on the first day to learn it was only 30%. 11. Everyone seems brainwashed there. For the love of Pete everyone, you can find a better job in marketing where you can actually make money and not rely on commission or working 50 hours/week!
