      Great engagement with the objectives, a lot of knowledge exchange, and great space to innovate.

      Cons

      Need to improve some of the methodology to implement projects and campaigns, specially thinking in recurring donations.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
