      - Very ethical to work there - A good support system - Good salary per hour

      - Feel the fundraising team I worked for was mismanaged and not useful in the region of the country.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
