      Motivation and sense of contributing to something big and important Great colleagues

      Cons

      Bad management. Top-down management and micromanagement everywhere but especially in the Fundraising dep. Unbelievable in an organisation that fights to do the right thing for the environment and the world, but is not concerned to do the right thing for their employees.

      Pros

      It was wonderful! The people were friendly and open-minded. I enjoyed going to different places like Buffalo, NY and Ithaca, NY. I loved being able to do my small part to make a difference on this planet. I'm passionate about the environment.

      Cons

      Not paid enough, and I didn't get to acquire any computer skills.
