Horrible management by their home office. Out of touch with realities of their Texas offices. They want to micromanage, over work, underpay, and fall short of properly reviewing and progressing people. Had multiple people quit the position I was in, and figured out why when review period came around. You will give hours of overtime to help them achieve their goals....then not even have anything remotely mentioned in your review
