      My immediate report was awesome, kind, patient and willing to help me

      Cons

      I worked there for almost a year and finally started to understand the business and started closing deals. I was fired without ever having been written up put on notice. All the work that I had done in 2024 I will not see any of the commissions in 2025 because I was laid off before then.

      I get the opportunity to build and support our team through various ways including, but not limited to, championing for services, challenging the team towards growth, and creating those growth opportunities. Also, the Green Team Dreams program is such a great opportunity to give back to our community and showcases how we care about what our team cares about - our families.
