Pros
Potentially good profit sharing check. Potential to have an amazing manager and co-workers. Good 401K matching. Okay benefits for a single person or small family. No weekend work. Normal business hours. Good PTO accrual. Amazing sick leave accrual.
Cons
Terrible hourly pay. Terrible benefits for bigger family. Very little, to no support from upper management. The Manager Trainee Program has great potential to ruin a location and livelihood of employees due to inexperienced and immature mangers being given too much responsibility. A lot of favoritism is shown. Employee morale is not a concern for upper management. Managers are allowed to violate company policies and state laws. This can have a negative impact on the employees.
