None i hate it here the management sucks you will not get noticed all your work is there accomplishments no way to move up because its a tight nit group they will take you out a couple times a year and say we know how hard you work but its all show the jesus freak thing is a marketing strategy
Cons
This place its not worth the pay oh and if your a dumb and take this job anyway watch your checks put your time down they will steal from you and that includes payroll they will scim off the top
