Pros
Small company, small scale SSC, great community life, medical package is available. Steady and not moving so everthing can be expected. Dependable. Great for a few years (or more if the enviroment is correct for you) to have experience. Recommended for first time SSC admins.
Cons
Salary is lower than avarage, medical insurance is available but in the most basic way possible, office is not modern, location is not the best either. Not much room to improve or move to another job within company.
