Pros
The work Greiner does for healthcare is amazing. They have helped take healthcare, especially during the pandemic, to a new level and continue to focus on advancements in the industry.
Cons
There is a different culture for the North America vs. European side. Americans have little say and are looked at as less important than the Europeans, specifically in Austria and Germany. The company invests more in their European operations but expects the US to perform just as efficiently. The process are manual and dated in the US. There is no support from management, and senior leaders who were making a difference have recently left the company.
