Enjoyable work atmosphere with quality people. Lots of time and money spent on improving the company and the individuals who work for them. They truly believe that if you are better the company is better. It is a win-win.

The company is on the smaller side so don't expect the benefits a huge company can provide, however they do better than most companies their size.

I've been impressed with just how committed everyone is to improving and growing. It is exciting and motivating to be working with people who are always asking what more can be done to get to the next level of success.

The building schedule is dependent on so many things...including the weather. So sometimes it feels like things can be just outside of your control. You have to be flexible.
