Pros
They really push you to be independent, move fast and take charge. The budgets are quite high so very cool projects and enough budget to do a good job.
Cons
Managment can be really hard to deal with. They are always overstretched and pass on the pressure to all other levels of the business in a very negative way. Very common to blame the lower levels of the company when things go wrong. Bosses, not leaders.
