Pros
I have been working at Grepthor Software Solutions Pvt Ltd full-time 1). Very good Learning Opportunities 2). Friendly atmosphere 3). Good hikes compared to most of the service based companies 4). Work life balance is good and nice chance to learn new technologies.
Cons
1). Getting promotion is a little hard here as there are a lot of people 2). Competition is very high within the company 3). Lots of projects and resource mapping to projects is not good. 4). How you feel about this company is strictly based on the project you go and the manager you report ( Yes, of course it is the responsibility of the management to keep us comfortable -- the company has something to do with bossism )
