      High base salary. Helpful, patient colleagues. Remote work possibility (depends on the project). Many learning opportunities are presented (especially if asked for), Udemy courses, LinkedIn learning, conferences, etc.

      Cons

      Salary raise is a rare occasion. Bonuses are not given to everyone.
