I have never witnessed any form of competition between people or teams, everyone is friendly and very supportive. Management has a knack for recruiting and assembling people from different backgrounds to make a cohesive team where each person brings something to the table and is listened to. Grey Alchemy's client portfolio is very exciting: I have had the chance to be work on many cool projects for local or global brands. Each person in the marketing team is bound to be working on diverse projects for clients from different industries and with a wide range of responsibilities. The company culture is great: weekly training and good benefits are offered and the management is always looking out for the team trying to make the office fun and relaxing whether with free booze, free food, free massages or company outings.
