Too many processes not followed

The owner JH has a real skill. The ability to tell a great story with lots of potential is wonderful and exciting to watch. Some really capable people in the team but like most small businesses, it sufferers with getting the best because it’s just to small with limited opportunities for true R&D.

Limited respect for investors and none of their spin out businesses have made it commercially as of 2020. Their business model will always suffer from the lack of funds available.
