I really enjoyed my stint at greyamp consulting. Worked as a Tech Lead for more than a year both onsite and offshore. Had to leave due to personal reasons. Focus on always on learning is something that stands out. The company goes beyond whats expected to drive learning for the employees, this is a great investment by them. I came in with limited knowledge on Full Stack, the company gave me space and time to learn and eventually contribute. This is a very good part in building confidence in me. Open and Friendly leadership - There is no hierarchy and everyone's opinion is heard. Every employee was made to come onsite and participated in the organization roadmap planning sessions. Work Culture - Everyone of my colleagues were excellent people who are highly motivated. Client centric organisation that always puts client first. Value to client is always the most important factor in any decision. At an employee's level, I have seen opportunities given at every level to work on meaningful projects and learn. The company puts this over revenue or billing. One working day of every week, we used to forgo client billing for development/ learning sessions. That is the importance given
