Great work environment to work in

Can have favoritism to some people depending on management

- Housing discount (but it took lots of waiting and run around to receive) - my property is pretty laid back, but also has horrible leadership and no real team structure

Zero accountability for employees No lateral movement within company Constantly changing agreements for housing discount, and for commission structure
