      Pros

      I’m so glad I made the switch to Greystar. I’ve have an incredible support system at the Portland corporate office and my RPM is amazing! We’re both new to Greystar and are the perfect match and compliment each other. Great tools and resources. Happy to jump on the Greystar Portland bandwagon! :)

      Pros

      - Housing discount (but it took lots of waiting and run around to receive) - my property is pretty laid back, but also has horrible leadership and no real team structure

      Cons

      Zero accountability for employees No lateral movement within company Constantly changing agreements for housing discount, and for commission structure
