Cons
Unrealistic reporting expectations. The Help Desk is a joke. Emails to upper management goes unanswered and no sense of a work family. Seems to only be concerned with keeping owners happy rather than the importance of how the properties are actually maintained. The “work life balance” is a joke. No one “forces you to work 6-7 days per week, but if you have high work ethics, you will put in the extra time to get the job done. Working overtime is completely normal, but not every week. Too many platforms to manage. They’ve managed to take the core values of Property Management & turn it into a “work mill”! This has been the worse PM experience ever. What ever happen to putting Residents first?
