Good Company, Poor Local Management - Property Manager Greystone Properties Employee Review

Great benefits, good hours, learned a lot and gained great experience. Paid time off to volunteer. Holidays bonuses.

Had to work on Saturdays.

Honestly overall Greystone is an amazing company to work for. This is a job where I can wake up in the morning and not dread going to work.There are many different ways to earn extra money and many advancement opportunities. The owners do genuinely seem like they care. I have been here for awhile now and have had hardly any problems and when they do arise they can be solved fairly easily.

The major downside of working here though is the setup for each property, it really does not give HR any idea on what goes on and how each employee is doing. Some of the hardest working employees that go above and beyond go unnoticed most of the time and the ones who do almost nothing HR thinks they are doing an amazing job.
