Pros

are you kidding dude ?? need to see with magnifying glass and I am sure you never find out.

Cons

CEO and CTO all are unique character. Let's talk about CEO 1. He always keep watching what everybody is doing from normal employee to cleaning boy. 2. If it is raining , he tells to the concern person switch off the AC. 3. If any female employee is pregnant, he tells her to leave. 4. The funny thing is while leaving he takes the news paper with him. Drawbacks 1. CTO thinks he knows everything, if you raise your finger you will be keep noticing. 2. Their production system is down almost 3 -4 days in every month but still CTO tells that their system is up by 99.999%. 3. They never give you access to AWS because they are skeptical on employee. If they are I don't understand why they hire employee, why they do it alone. 4. There is no proper architecture and documentation. Management things this is waste of time. 5. If you did not complete 9 hrs and forget to regularize , your half day salary will be gone !!!!. crappy. 6. Management thinks we hire slaves and they will do whatever I say. 7. There is no proper designation and no architect. 8. There is no intimation from HR ( mail) that your salary changed after appraisal.

Pros

Timely salary payments: Compensation is consistently credited on time. Employee benefits and gifts: Occasional gifts and employee recognition initiatives are provided. Annual team meets and tours: The company organizes team outings or tours once a year, supporting team bonding. Supportive HR team: The HR team is approachable and responsive to employee-related concerns. Salary increments: Annual increments are provided, offering some level of financial progression.

Cons

Lack of team coordination: Cross-functional alignment is weak, leading to confusion and inefficiencies in project execution. Limited access to management: Employee concerns rarely reach senior management. Feedback is often dismissed or suppressed rather than addressed. Absence of clear project governance: There is no robust or consistent policy framework to manage projects effectively. Minimal growth and recognition: Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and measurable achievements are limited. Decision-making bottlenecks: A small group of long-tenured employees controls most decisions despite lacking the competence or accountability required for those responsibilities. Poor work–life balance: Long working hours are common, with little consideration for employee well-being. Inadequate leave and holidays: Limited holidays and difficulty in availing leave contribute to burnout. And finally, the product is mostly manual rather focused on the Automation. Developer and Testing team is worst, except few people, none of them work seriously and adding new features is very hard. Product wise the Support and Implementation team will face lot of challenges.
