1) The working environment not bad 2) Project manager is nice 3) Will have chance to learn the structure and flow of ATM, VTM

1) Involved too many parties working on machine causing need to communicate with a lot of parties 2) Bonus maybe decrease year by year 3) May suddenly not continue your working pass because need cut cost
