Pros
Flexible schedule, international environment, recruiting a lot of students, quite a diverse set of projects, opportunity to work with many new technologies.
Cons
As in all small companies, the set of tasks is not fixed, and maybe in addition to coding and scripting, you might also have to update the wiki or setup some testing system. But that is good knowledge in the end, so not really a con.
