      It help you to earn some money in exchange of lot of life sacrifice

      Cons

      they will call you continuously without no reason and during interview they only waste your time , will not give you any offer . During interview they will expect knowledge more than senior person . After giving all answer they will reject you by giving very silly reason.

      Pros

      Great learning opportunity if you are starting your professional career.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, organisation is not open to any suggestions, CEO try to control everything according to his ideas only, and then blame things stating execution problem and changes the complete direction of work. No job safety, they have learnt a new term PIP, even for the smallest mistake they will put you on PIP and then ultimately fire you. Be careful.
