The company culture also offers a lot of freedom to express ideas, take on projects and create your own path. Depending on the role, many jobs are highly remote or hybrid, which helps with work/life balance.

The company doesn't have a lot of process, which can be a blessing (you can create your own), but it can be challenging to navigate as a newcomer if you're accustomed to established ways of working.
