Good place but making it progressively harder for employees - Associate QA Biologist Grifols Employee Review

Grifols is trying to get their money back from buying Talecris. Everyone is now required to take 72 hours of their own personal time off (nearly half our year's worth) while the plant is doing summer shutdown. We get paid by the minute. It's a 10 minute walk in and back out. There's no maternity leave, only short term disability.
