Pros
You get good practice with your venipunctures. Pay can be competitive compared to other settings.
Cons
Management does not have your back. They will hide in their office and not acknowledge any problems as long as they get their numbers up for corporate. Safety is not taken seriously there. Would not be surprised to hear about something bad happening on the news there later. The “in” crowd there runs and hides in the training office while they expect everyone else to pick up the slack. But if you step off the floor for one minute, the “team lead” will yell at you. There were many times where i turned around and I was the only employee working when we had multiple staff members on site. Seriously, go work somewhere else if you can.
